About Fish

Milkfish (Chanos chanos) is a distinctively shaped fish characterized by its elongated and compressed body, featuring a symmetrical and streamlined appearance. Sporting an olive green color, it has a blue top, silvery sides, and a white bottom that shimmers underwater. Known for its importance in Southeast Asian and Pacific Island cuisines, milkfish is appreciated for its mild, sweet taste and firm texture.
